REVS SA ("REVS", "we", "us") is a Swiss watchmaking micro-brand based in Val-de-Travers, Switzerland. This page explains what happens to your information when you join our waitlist.

1. What we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect the email address you provide and the culture (Italian, German or British) you vote for. We don't collect anything else through this site — no accounts, no payment details, no tracking cookies.

2. Why we collect it

We use your email address to keep you updated on REVS and to give you priority access when we open pre-orders. We use your vote to count which culture our community wants to see launch first.

We never sell your information, and we don't use it for anything beyond what's described here.

3. Legal basis

We process your data based on the consent you give when you submit the waitlist form. You can withdraw that consent at any time — see "Your rights" below.

4. Where your data is stored

Your email address and vote are stored with our email service provider (Brevo). This provider may process data outside Switzerland or the European Union, under their own security and privacy safeguards.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as you stay on the waitlist, or until you ask us to delete it.

6. Cookies and tracking

This website does not currently use cookies or analytics tracking. If that changes, we'll update this page.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at contact@revs-watches.com or use the unsubscribe link in any email you receive from us.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
